In this line of reasoning, the present project searchs to integrate the existing relation between psychologist quality of life – center of psicossocial attendance. Rank this, foca in the following one subject: The quality of life in the work of the professionals of the psychology area, whose ultimate issue of research will be: How it is the quality of life of the psychologists who inside exert its profession of the CAPS/CISME in a city of the interior of Gois? With the general objective to verify the factors that compose the quality of life of the psychologists of the CAPS/CISME in a city of the interior of Gois. Followed of the specific objectives: to make a bibliographical survey regarding the carried through studies already on quality of life in the work; to verify which they are the factors that obstruct the quality of life in the work of the psychologists who work in the cited institution and to inquire which they are the real possibilities to get one waited quality of life in the work, exactly exerting the estressante environment profession inside. As said previously, the quality of life of the psychologists will be detached who work inside of the center of psicossocial attendance in a city of Gois, adopting itself as base definitive authors whom they had written on the subject. It is standed out that the inventory of quality of life will be carried through and collects of the demographic data with the operating psychologists in this locality to demonstrate the reality lived deeply for them, longing for an improvement in the quality of life. Of beforehand, the satisfaction of the professionals can be taken as a hypothesis to brighten up the lived deeply dissabores. Such probability in the statement of the World-wide Organization of Health is verified: ' ' the satisfaction of the professionals of mental health was defined in relation to the following dimensions: conditions of work, relationship with the colleagues, quality of the treatment offered to patients, participation and envolvement in the team (World Health Organization, 1996) (FLAG, ISHARA, ZUARDI, p.1, 2011).
