This article can be a surprise for you, especially if you follow a diet healthy and nutritious it is pizza, the weakness of many people including me. I love pizza, clear that eat me it in moderation, but it is still one of my favorite foods (first Argentine roast still getting it) now there is good news for lovers of pizza.According to the Men s Health magazine, the research concludes that the pizza can be good for you. It is important to note, however, that we are talking of truth, not the kind you get from Pizza Hut or similar fast food sites, or to the section of the supermarket frozen pizza. For real, I mean pizza made with the real crust, tomato sauce real and pure oil of olive. According to Men s Health, scientists writing in the European Journal of Clinical Nutrition found that eating pizza can reduce the risk of a heart attack. In a study of 4 years of nearly 1,000 Italians, which they ate pizza at least once a week were 30 percent less likely to experience a heart attack than people who are not involved in the cake. This is a contribution to protective ingredients of pizza, including olive oil and tomato sauce.

And here is a way to make even more healthy pizza: top with vegetables, partially skim cheese and the use of the wheat crust. Will then have one food that it is really good to eat, maybe not the best, but surely much better than you could imagine! Can you get this type of pizza on a pizza? You may be able to find some that offer whole wheat crust, but I doubt you will find somewhere that offer with low-fat cheese. What you can do is buy the ingredients at the local supermarket and make your own pizza. Speaking from experience, this may be something quite fun!Enjoy the experience of making your own pizza and enjoy a nutritious meal. After all, the power of your body with nutritious meals is the number one that you can make to improve health.
